Sri N Prakash Rao, President is a retired employee of United India Insurance Co. Ltd and is a founder member of VARWA. He is a shrewd thinker and expert in organising community activities.  9440662915

Sri G Vijay Kumar, Vice President. Sri Vijay Kumar is a retired employee of United India Insurance Co. Ltd and is the founder Vice President of VARWA. He knows ins and outs of apartmental issues. 9849186190

Sri T Kameswara Rao, Vice President is a retired Medical Representative and founder member of VARWA. He is also the General Secretary of AP Praja Arogya Vedika. He has been presently organising the apartment associations in Balayya Sastry Layout. He is a person with knowledge in urban matters. 9985250991

 Sri BB Ganesh, General Secretary is a retired employee of LIC of India and is a founder member of VARWA. He had earlier worked as Convenor of the People for India Forum under the exceptional leader and the Chairman Prof. KV Ramana, former VC of Andhra University and other dignitaries. 9440133400

Sri GV Ramana, Treasurer is retired Officer in erstwhile Andhra Bank, presently Union Bank of India.  He had worked bank unions in various capacities and earned good qualities. Being a bank Officer, he is a highly reputed accountant in our organisation. 9440127510

Late Sri AV Ramana Rao, Retired employee of Peerless General Finance & Investment Co. Ltd.  was General Secretary during the period 2008-18. Thereafter, while serving as Vice President of VARWA he expired unfortunately on 14.11.2020 due to massive cardiac arrest.

Late Sri KV Ramana Murthy, Joint Secretary was a retired employee of LIC of India. He had worked in the LIC employees’ Union (Insurance Corporation Employees’ Union) in various capacities and earned vast experience in organising people. He was doing wonderful work in attending to the apartmental issues in Akkayyapalem area.  Most unfortunately, he passed away on 07.06.2023.

Leadership of NIVAS

Sri P Latchi Raju, Honourary President is a retired employee of BSNL and is a founder Treasurer of NIVAS. He has been actively running the P&T Colony Welfare Association in Seethammadhara for a very long time. He is leading an organisational and legal battle for protection of the municipal park located in the colony against illegal grabbing. He has been working as Execurive Committee Member of APFERWAS. He is a knowledgeable person on the aspects related to colony associations. 9440977088

Sri B Gurappa, President is a retired Deputy Manager in the Visakha Steel Plant. He resides in the Rehabilitation Colony, Pedagantyada. He has immense experience on the urban issues and has creative ideas.  9490814174  

Sri R Babu Rao, Vice President is retired Supervisor in Hindustan Shipyard. He was an elected Corporator from the ward consisting of Malkapuram and Shipyard colony. As Corporator during the period 1987-92, he had effectively taken up the issues of the people. He was instrumental in bringing a colony by name Bhindra Nagar Colony for Shipyard employees in Madhurawada and is a member of the Bhindra Nagar Colony Welfare Committee till date. 9490709008 

Sri Pitta Narayana Murthy, General Secretary is a retired Assistant Foreman of Hindustan Zinc Ltd. He has been playing a vital role as Associate President in the Visalakshi Nagar colony Welfare association for the past decade and gained huge experience. Sri G Naidu Babu, Joint Secretary is a retired employee from Naval Dockyard. He has been associated with the SR Nagar Colony Residents Welfare association, Madhavadhara as Committee Member. He is also Zonal Secretary to the Kancharapalem zone of VARWA NIVAS. He is highly humble, amiable and accessible.   9290128025

Sri R Ganesh Kumar, Treasurer is a founder General Secretary of NIVAS. He is presently working as General Foreman in Visakha Steel Plant. He is perfect in maintaining accounts accurately. He had earlier served as Secretary to the Sri Sai Nagar Colony Welfare association. He has good knowledge of the matters related to colony associations.  8332982809

Sri Ch Narayana Rao, Retired Manager of Visakha Steel Plant  worked as President of NIVAS during the period 2018-2022.

Sri B Gurappa, Retd. Deputy Manager of Visakha Steel Plant has been working as President of NIVAS from 2022 to till date.
